My Christmas Gift List

mini mittens
Written on Nov. 18, 2009

We're having Christmas with both sides of the family this year before we head overseas. Here is a faithful record of all the gift we are handing out this season:

Wife's Side
  • Dad- socks and homemade banana chips (big bag) and raisins

  • Mom- afghan, chocolate covered coffee beans, and mini mittens

  • Sibling (gift exchange)- socks

  • Husband- socks and decaf chocolate covered coffee beans

  • Aunt- bread blanket and food

  • Boy Cousin 1- baked goods

  • Boy Cousin 2- baked goods

  • Adopted Aunt- bread blanket and banana chips (big bag)

  • Adopted Girl Cousin- beach set for doll

  • Adopted Boy Cousin- handed down GI Joe dolls and knit hat

  • Adopted Brother- moose "head" chili and bbq sauce

Husband's Side:
  • Mom- wrist warmers, mini mittens, and CD

  • Brother 1- DVD of Charles Brown Holidays

  • SIL- washcloth and goat's milk soap

  • Niece 1- blanket

  • Niece 2- blanket

  • Brother 2- snowboard (goodwill)

  • Grandma- knit hand towel and washcloth and CD

  • Hostess- baked goods
Now, I'm really tired. Add to this list the socks which I am knitting for my sister's birthday and the bread blanket that I knit myself. On top of all that, I need to pack and get everything ready for moving overseas. Nap time? Or Knit time?
